We strive to fully understand our customers’ needs and situations, and we aim to establish strong partnerships with them to ensure clear pathways to our common goals, leading to long, successful, and mutually rewarding relationships.
Inspect-a-RACK is the newest, fastest-growing business unit in Elbowroom portfolio. It was established in 2009 to cater for the ever-growing need for Elbowroom’s customers to maintain more accurate rack inspection data and records, along with bringing a high level of innovation, intelligence and accuracy including features and benefits never before seen in rack inspections services in Australia.
Inspect-a-RACK designed and utilises a ground-breaking voice-data-entry program designed specifically for conducting, recording, and reporting rack inspections. This ensures that EVERY defect can be entered with ease, all data is relevant, and the reports give the customer all of the information they need to action any improvements required (including priority, location, suggested actions, components and more).

Correct Installs Pty Ltd
Correct Installs and Elbowroom are partner companies sharing the same management team and company directors. Correct Installs’ role in the partnership is focused on the on-site management and construction of projects undertaken by Elbowroom and other partner companies like Colby and Dematic.
Where rack repairs or improvements are deemed necessary after an inspection performed by Inspect-a-RACK, proposals to undertake these repairs will be given to the customer. If the repair work is then awarded to Elbowroom, all repairs will be performed by Correct Installs’ highly skilled, trained and professional staff.
Colby Storage Solutions
Colby Storage Solutions is Elbowroom primary brand of choice for warehouse storage products like pallet racking, conveyors, state-of-the-art order picking systems, voice-pick and pick-to-light, to name a few. Colby leads the industry in engineering, design and manufacture of the safest and most innovative storage products in Australia. Dr Murray Clarke heads up the engineering and design of Colby products and he is a committee member of FEM, the European Federation of Material Handling.
